To access Google + and other Google services like Google Buzz needs a profile of Google.
Currently you can not have a Google Profiles with a Google Apps account, which simply means that currently can not use the Google service.

Even thought Google said several times in the past that Google profile is for users of Google Apps that kept his promise, and while Google Buzz and the button is not a big deal for many (now) Google is a need for most of the users out there and is the main complaint from users of Google Apps.

It would be nice if someone from Google can tell us what exactly is happening?
