Sometimes I can see a little spot which emits a bright light near my cornea in the white part of my left eye, as if it was a very little white led inside my eye emiting light.
It depends on the ambient light and standing in front of the mirror in a range of 30 degrees. It happens once in a while and usually during the day and indoors. I never seen that over night or outdoors. By the way, I do not have any other symptom such as viewing blurry or watching light or dark spots, is completely asyntomatic and I only notice that when I am in front of the mirror or other people tell me.

I wonder what it is. Perhaps an abnormality of the retina which reflects back the light or something like that, due to the circunstances when it happens. Does that ever happen to anyone?

I think it's your retina. Get it checked out by a Doc.
