I currently have a fishing license for my state of residence, which is Pennsylvania. My husband and I are going to Maryland for a weekend and wondered if we would have to buy a license for that state or if there is some type of extension that may be added to our current license to allow this.

You'll need what is known as the Non-Resident type, Their available for either 3 or 7 days ~ link will break it down (cost/fees, etc)... Hope it helps <);-3
