i'm a 13 year old girl and can snowboard better than anyone I know. i'm really fast, and always in control. i'm good on moguls, and can turn like nobody's business! i can keep up with anyone, can go on any ski run, and have been doing it for almost 7 years. but for some reason people always just assume that i'm not very good or something. i bought a skateboard a few months ago, and i told the guy that i was pretty good at skateboarding because i snowboard and it was true. he didn't believe me that i snowboard! that's not the only time that this has happened. i always surprise people when they ski/snowboard with me because they assume that i'm not very good! do people just assume that i'm not good at my sport because i'm a girl and 13 years old? don't you think that's stupid?

Pretty much everybody would say that. It's like if your friend told you she can do something amazing like a 360 on a skateboard, or something not alot of people do, you probably wouldn't believe her. (im right, right?) I mean... come on!!! When you hear about people's hobbies, they usually say somthing like basketball,football,or something like that. I believe snowboarding is an unusuall sport......because,come on......how many states have snow and stuff? (very few,right?) No offense! I believe snowboarding is a hobbie that is very unusual but you have to be very talented to do. (Guess what I say?) SHOW YOUR TALENTS OFF, GIRL!!! THATS WHAT THEY'RE MADE FOR!!! DONT MIND WHAT OTHERS SAY!! CAUSE YOU KNOW IF ITS TRUE OR NOT!!!!! happy snowboarding!!!!!!!!!!!! (((((((((((((((((((((best answer? jk. lol.))))))))))))))))))))))
